KLM Launches Enhanced Web Site Featuring iSeatz's In-Path PlusKLM Launches Enhanced Web Site Featuring iSeatz's In-Path Plus
New Orleans, LA, July 14, 2010 - KLM,
one of the world's largest airline companies, and iSeatz,
the world's leading provider of customized in-path private label travel and
entertainment solutions, today announced the launch of the enhanced klm.com,
the first website to utilize iSeatz's groundbreaking In-Path Plus technology
platform.
In-Path Plus enables iSeatz to directly manage the user experience for its clients
by adding new products and technological upgrades to the site, while featuring
the single checkout process and functionality that iSeatz's original In-Path
solution also offers. This new full-service approach allows organizations like
KLM to focus on their core business and better serve their customers, while
materially decreasing time to market, launch costs, and total cost of ownership
over the lifetime of the implementation.
"As the leader in developing next-generation private label solutions, we
are thrilled to introduce an innovative technology that increases efficiencies
and time to market for our clients," said Kenneth Purcell, CEO, iSeatz.
"KLM is committed to using the best in technology and it is an honor to
be an integral part of the process."
iSeatz's engagement with KLM began in 2009 with the creation and launch of a
customized private-label booking engine on klm.com, which offers customers access
to nearly 200,000 leading service and product providers and the ability to purchase
a range of travel amenities like ground transportation, hotel accommodation
and car rental in a single transaction. The addition of In-Path Plus represents
a major upgrade to KLM's existing ancillary cross-sell technology platform.
