In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, iSeatz is taking several steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, and the continued servicing of our customer accounts.
Continuity of Service
As a precautionary measure we will be transitioning to remote work beginning Monday, March 16th. Our clients and partners will receive the same high level of service and accessibility to all iSeatz-hosted sites and platforms. Communication and scheduled meetings will continue as planned.
Operational Support
Clients should continue to work with their project, product, and account management teams for day-to-day support. Additionally, please utilize the regular escalation channels for urgent issues.
Third Parties
We are in contact with our partners and suppliers to understand potential impacts to their services and cancellation policies. As of this time we anticipate no disruption to service.
Our Incident Response Task Force continues to monitor the situation, and we will post updates below if CDC or civil guidance causes any modification to the above.
