With our headquarters based in New Orleans, Louisiana, iSeatz took maximum precautions to ensure that Hurricane Gustav made a minimal impact on our customers and partners. We are pleased to report that due to our solid disaster recovery plan, all of our business, software, servers and service maintained 100% uptime.  

The systems that are responsible for customer facing applications are located in a Tier IV Data Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and deliver the highest level of reliability through multiple-provider fiber trunk access, redundant power supplies and multiple backup generators. Additional redundant data centers housing front-end customer facing systems are also located in multiple data centers throughout the United States. We have not experienced any interruptions in our Tier IV data center and all systems are fully operational. Our customer service call centers are also unaffected.
